Community Support Specialist

Play Octopus is the premier rideshare entertainment and video advertising platform. We place entertainment tablets in the backseats of rideshare vehicles (Uber and Lyft) to improve the driver and rider experience. We’re searching for a Community Support Specialist to help us better serve our rapidly growing community of drivers.

Our ideal candidate is a business-minded young professional that is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us on a variety of new projects. Primarily, you’ll help our driver team with acquisition, onboarding, troubleshooting and engagement of our driver community.

What you’ll need…

  • Can-do and will-do attitude
  • Top-notch organization
  • Deadline-driven efficiency and reliability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in innovation and ongoing curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and balance several project deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish-speaking is a huge plus)
