We place entertainment tablets in the backseats of rideshare vehicles (Uber and Lyft) to improve the driver and rider experience. We’re searching for a Community Support Specialist to help us better serve our rapidly growing community of drivers.
Our ideal candidate is a business-minded young professional that is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us on a variety of new projects. Primarily, you’ll help our driver team with acquisition, onboarding, troubleshooting and engagement of our driver community.
